was shot but shows him on the ground afterwards. neither video shows him pointing a gun at officers however police also released photographs of a gun and ankle holster from the scene. police are telling the public newly released images will not answer all the questions the controversial case adding it's just part of a bigger picture of the shooting. >> there is no definitive visual evidence that he had a gun in his hand. you can see something in the hand. and that he pointed at an also speaking out saying they're thankful authorities released the new information but still have questions about why police used deadly force in the first place. darren rael was a father of two and a mechanic he was working on someone's corridors gunned down in a random act of violence. news 3 nathan o'neal let us know if police have any leads six years later. >> reporter: for six years nicole said and skipped her brothers ashes close by.
